Why small-group reformer classes change everything

The most important number in any class is not the price or the length. It is how many other people share your coach's attention.

Why small-group reformer classes change everything

What happens in a class of thirty

In a big group class, the instructor demonstrates and the room follows along as best it can. Nobody checks whether your hips are level or whether the spring setting is right for your shoulders. You can attend for a year and quietly practise the same mistakes the entire time. You get movement, which has value, but you rarely get coaching.

What happens in a class of eight

With eight people, a coach can see every single body in the room, all the time. That changes the experience completely:

The quiet bonus: the room itself

Small classes also change the feel of the hour. Eight people who see each other every week become familiar faces fast. It stays personal, unhurried and focused, closer to semi-private training than to a fitness class, at a fraction of the private-session price.

Why we capped Casa Reformer at eight

We chose eight reformers for our space at Calle Angustias 28 on purpose. It is the number where the economics of a class stay accessible and the coaching stays real. No crowds, no rush, just an hour that is completely yours.
